It has been so long since I have had time to sit down and write an entry... I got caught up life, work, excuses, problems... I cannot believe I have gained this much weight... I was going through all my weigh ins and I am Shoked!!! Journaling and keeping track of food intake does work... I stopped doing all this and since I wasn't being held accountable I got too comfortable... I am making a promise to myself to track my food daily and to journal everyday for one month... I know I can do this... I need to get back on track for myself, to feel healthier, lighter, happier, and to fit in to my clothes!!! Need buddies that will be there to chat and motivate and vice versa...

I will!! I had lost about 60 lbs, skinnier than Ive ever been in my life and slowly over about 1 year, ive gained back 25 lbs, clothes dont fit and Im so depressed!!! Im going to do what I did last time I lost and try and keep it off!!!

You can add me if you'd like. I had my youngest baby last october (2011). I had my first in Feb 2010 and with both was subjected to 6 months of bed rest. I was never that big before in my life and desparately wanted to get "me" back. After alot of hard work I've lost about 55lbs from where I was last year at this time. I'm staying with fatsecret to journal but have moved to MFP for tracking food since it links with my FitBit. I'm on the last 5 pounds.

Yep, you have to stay focused and dedicated. Maybe set smaller goals, so they don't see too overwhelming. If you cut out refined sugar, your body stops craving it and things that have natural sugars ...
