Im new here.
Im Teena,39,from north west England,UK.
Ive battled with my weight for a long time and have thyroid issues plus others since 2010,my blood pressure has been a little high on recent doctors readings so im doing what i can to help myself-afterall i quit smoking in 2004-dont want to die through being fat instead! This is my first week and in 5 days ive lost 5lb so now under 100lb to go already,im so chuffed and feel so motivated :~D
