Hi All !- i,m new to this. Is there a way to enter my own recipes and have them analysed/broken down by nutritional value information? Please let me know if you know how to do this. Thanks so much and all the best to you

Definitely! That is one of my favorite parts of fatsecret. You click on the make a recipe link on the right hand side next to My Cookbook. Then you put in all the ingredients that go in the recipe and break it down into servings and when you save it, it will give you a little nutrition label (like the ones on stuff in the store) with the nutrition per serving.
Then when you eat a serving, you can add it to your daily intake from your cookbook and it will give you the calorie count and nutrition.
Ex: I will make a big slow cooker of chili and put all the ingredients into a "recipe" and when I dish it out, I count how many containers I have. (usually 7 or Cool Then I put that serving size in and it will tell me how many calories. Then I label the top of the containers "Chili 330 calories" and freeze them!
