Tried BFC before and I loved it. But when I fall off I devour sugar. I am a sugar addict! I believe I have to do without it completely. Very hard to do!!!! I want to start up again. Any successes out there?

Hi, I'm a total sugar addict! I can relate, I love this site because helps me stay in reality and keep track of foods, emotions, and exercise. Good Luck!

I am a food addict, which coincidentally includes sugar. I am back on as of today. I am here to support you!! I need it too.

I am happy that there is support. My question is how do you manage fatigue? I love to work out and I was told that if you do low carbs you are really tired.

I have been on the Belly Fat Cure for a year now. I follow it loosely then get back on track. I lost 51 lbs so far.To combat fatigue I take supplements, like ginseng, Raspberry Keytones and drink Green and Yerba Mate teas. I'm 53 yrs old and unfortunate don't exercise, but I do take care of a house of pets, 1 daughter and host parties.
My dream since my mother pasted away 5 years ago was to be able to wear her jeans. She was a size 8-10 when she passed away, but I have her 12 petites she wore when she was healthier. Anyways, I got brave this week and put on a light girdle and tried them on. I could actually zip & button them up!
Here is the photo my daughter took with my cellphone:
