Has anyone tried the raspberry ketones or green coffee bean to help lose weight?

I haven't tried either I'm afraid but I've tried other supplements and I'd advise against them.
Scientifically speaking its bad to take any supplement (inc vitamins etc) unless you actually need them but personally speaking the supplements I tried promised a World of difference and gave me none. x

Mostly marketing. Save your money and spend it on healthy food. There is no miracle pill. You just have to change your eating habits.

I have tried them both. I seen changes with the Green Bean but can't seem to find the brand I started with so I'm doing Raspberry ketone and not seeing the results as much. I also exercise and eat healthy as well. This is not a quick way to lose weight but it has helped me keep from gaining on my bad days.
1st Goal: 150 lbs
2nd Goal: 135 lbs
3rd Goal: 125 lbs

I haven't tried the Green Coffee Bean, but I have tried the Raspberry ketones it did not do much for me. Currently I am taking Skinny Fiber and I like the results.

I tried the Green Coffee Bean Extract recommended by Dr. Oz for a month. It didn't make a bit of difference, unfortunately.

Right now I am trying Resveratrol with Green tea made by Natrol. Its supposed to help promote energy, boost metabolism, and support digestion. So far I have noticed that I have more energy then I did before.

Neither did anything for me or members of may family that tried them. I do use Tonalin CLA, 1 cap 3x a day and do see a difference when I use it and I don't. I eat well and exercise as well but I do think it helps my metabolism given I have a seditary job.

It's time for it to come off
one day at a time and even one meal at a time... it works. Make small goals.. say when I lose my first 5 lbs I'll do.... (and not something food related) then make the next goal 10 lbs Sounds ...
