Im having trouble staying on my diet its been since may all i do is go up down tried of it

Without knowing what kind of diet you are on and your eating habits, we couldn't even guess what is going on. We are all anonymous here. Consider opening up your data so others can help you work out your problems.

Has anyone tried Vida or MyFitnessPal?
14 is the year. This site RDI is high for most people. Mine has said 1700 calories, my weight loss RDI from other sites was around 1200 , which worked and now main at 1400.
