Educate yourself about portion sizes. Restaurants are notoriously bad about serving huge plates of food, often two or even three normal-sized portions.

For exercise, most hotels have fitness centers. You can walk a lot when you're not working. You can also get a set of resistance bands and a door hook for exercising in your hotel room.

Let's say you were uncoordinated, would Insanity be hard to follow? I have the hardest times learning new routines, I end up sitting down and watching but still not getting it.
