Hello Everyone,

I am a a new member on this site....But not Weight Watchers. I reached my gold 23 years ago between having 2 kids. I have always had a weight problem but since that 23 years ( I had lost 48 lbs then )I'v been doing the yoyo. I am trying to loose 11lbs. I have been eating healthy but just seems to stay just were I am. So I decided to change a couple of things on my diet. I am adding a proteine shake and green smothy a day hoping it will help.I just came accross this site whil I was browsing and it looks great. ( I will explore more on the weekend ) Well just wanted to say Hi..Now off to work.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
