Yeah twinkles and half moons. I wasnt allowed to eat those as a kid (my parents forbade it) but i drooled watching other kids eat them for lunch.

Boo!!! But yay!! We'll be healthier, maybe...

Buy a couple of boxes now and put them away for when you're feeling especially nostalgic. They'll last.

I'm thinking someone will buy them out - I don't see the twinkie going away forever! Never been a big fan - I like the chocolate cupcakes better - but honestly, would prefer fresh baked anything over these! But yes, nostalgic to say the least.

Great bakeries are everywhere in NYC. I wonder who still buys processed cakes? My kids never had a Twinkie nor asked for one. But they do bring back good memories..

I read that they plan to sell their recipes. Wonderbread is going out, too...I'm near Memphis and there is a Wonderbread factory/bakery/whatever here, and everyone is going crazy!

Eating so little will put your body into starvation mode. And that's not good - long term you could get ill, you need to eat a sensible amount for your weight.

I do 85% cocoa. Aldi has it pretty cheap. There are five bars in a package. It says 2 are a serving but I find 1/2 bar does me just fine. Its 320 calories for 2 bars 7 grams sugar 18 carbs. So it ...

Diet Break
Well I'm off the diet break now and back to 1200-1300 cals a day and have dropped two pounds in 3 days.

Chart for daily water intake
You can log water in your daily diet intake. Water is pretty individualized anymore. the 8 glasses is some arbitrary number.
