Buy a couple of boxes now and put them away for when you're feeling especially nostalgic. They'll last.

Excellent news! One less thing to tempt me when I'm having a craving for something fattening. Razz

I'm thinking someone will buy them out - I don't see the twinkie going away forever! Never been a big fan - I like the chocolate cupcakes better - but honestly, would prefer fresh baked anything over these! But yes, nostalgic to say the least.

Great bakeries are everywhere in NYC. I wonder who still buys processed cakes? My kids never had a Twinkie nor asked for one. But they do bring back good memories..

I read that they plan to sell their recipes. Wonderbread is going out, too...I'm near Memphis and there is a Wonderbread factory/bakery/whatever here, and everyone is going crazy!

Good freakin' riddance to Wonder Bread. Maybe this will help Americans learn about good bread?

18000 jobs lost. Sad. They will be bought by someone.
