My most troubled area is my stomach. I've had 2 kids and it's not tight like the rest of my skin. I'm a little afraid if I loose more weight my skin won't tone up. Does anybody have any tips for how to get it toned?

It's sad to say but the slower you lose it the better the results. There are also oils you can try to tighten and hydrate your skin a bit. At your age you defintely have a better shot than those of us that are older but sometimes the skin is going to be there no matter what. After losing 80 lbs my sister had a tuck to remove over a pound of skin after 2 docs told her there was no other option. After 2 kids and being 40 I have the skin too and my docs have also told me it's there unless I have surgery which isn't an option. I'd much rather deal with the skin than the fat though!

Skin can stretch beyond repair after having children. Young women even in their 20s can have very over-stretched skin. When skin has been over stretched the only option once weight loss and fitness have been achieved is surgery.

Best time for doing exercise, morning or night?
I prefer to exercise in the morning too. Partly because by the time evening rolls around, I'm worn out (two toddlers will do that to you) and partly because I just know me. If I get up at 5:30am, ...
