Our small town has Halloween on the Square and all Biz participate and pass put candy. So here I sit with about 50lbs of candy... hurry kids hurry!

I hope you got rid of that candy. I had some leftover last night, but I'm going to try to incorporate it into a dessert and bring it to work. A lot of people have brought in leftover candy, so I thought maybe making a dessert out of it would get it gone faster and people may be more apt to eat it. Dang candy anyway!!

No... bought too much and have about 25lbs left but its in the other room out of sight and out of mind. Unlike pizza... I cant hear candy from the other room.

Getting discouraged
Just start following your plan again. Simple as that! Back at it! ;) My Dr. actually advised one cheat day a week within reason!

RND ROB you did it great but it is rarely applicable for everyone because of less motivation towards workouts we mostly try managing our weight through diet control so it is gonna be a harmful practice ...
