Ugh. How many times can one start and stop and start and stop. I am hoping that this is the last time I have to start and can just make it continuous. I really need some help staying on track and am hoping to find some weight loss buddies to help me. Just to swap recipes, motivation, accountability that kind of thing...

I am planning a girls weekend to NYC this time next year and I really want to lose at the minimum 46 lbs which is all the weight I've gained in the last 8 years. If I can lose even more, that would be great.

If you'd like to email..its tampatha01@gmail.com

I'm so with you, girl. I had, at one time, lost all the weight I wanted to lose. Unfortunately, it was from the Divorce Diet. Then I met my new husband and we all know what happens when you're in love!! I've been able to lose about 20 pounds in the last few months, but I've hit an impasse and haven't been motivated or disciplined lately. It's like starting over again and it sucks. So, yeah, I would like to start for the last time again, myself..

oh, Zigalayho, that's almost like my story, although he wasn't a husband, just a boyfriend.

Which part, Lena? The gaining weight/happy story or the losing weight/divorce/split story?

I sent you a buddy request. I've been on here for over a year now and have done the start and stop, mine was during and after the holidays last year. This year I'm trying to keep the motivation to beat the holiday gain and this site has helped me so far, so I'm hoping I can stick with it. I'm always up for more buddies to get healthy with!!
Goals for 2015:

I'm not new at the dieting thing but I am new at the posting thing. I only have about 10 pounds to lose but I lost it once in the last year and most of it has found me again. It seems like the minute I lose my focus it sneaks back on me!! GRRRR!!! You'd think I'd be able to find a balance somewhere!

You sound just like me -- I am new at posting on websites. I also lost 10lbs and gain it back. I am only 5'1 so the extra 10lbs makes a big difference in my clothes. I am making a real effort to keep on track this time.

Let's do it then!!!
I say I only have 10 pounds to lose but in theory I would love to lose 15. I'd rather lose 10 and stay there than lose 15 and keep yoyoing tho!
