oat meal is good for lowering your blood sugar. also peanuts, granola, cinnamon, would be good breakfast options. other than that I've heard lima beans, vinegar, grapefruits are good for that too..

I'm sure there's tons of them out there!

Cinnamon is very good for blood sugar control. I take the capsules because it's easier for me. Also, just in general count the number of carbs you are eating. Aim for no more than 30 -45 per meal; and 15 for snacks. The more "whole" and unprocessed your carbs are, the better. Exercise also helps with sugar control.

14 is the year. This site RDI is high for most people. Mine has said 1700 calories, my weight loss RDI from other sites was around 1200 , which worked and now main at 1400.
