what kinds of foods are there for me to eat so i could bring my sugar levels down?

oat meal is good for lowering your blood sugar. also peanuts, granola, cinnamon, would be good breakfast options. other than that I've heard lima beans, vinegar, grapefruits are good for that too..

I'm sure there's tons of them out there!

Cinnamon is very good for blood sugar control. I take the capsules because it's easier for me. Also, just in general count the number of carbs you are eating. Aim for no more than 30 -45 per meal; and 15 for snacks. The more "whole" and unprocessed your carbs are, the better. Exercise also helps with sugar control.

Love your food or risk failure. No quick fixes, this is a lifestyle change. No extremes are needed just consistency.

Foods high in fiber will help. Also beans too are good. Rachel Ray has a great black bean recipe that is super easy to make. Below is a link to fajitas but the bean recipe is there too.
