How do I enter meals that I've made myself? Whenever I go in to enter & type in the search section and it comes up with all these choices but those aren't representative of what I've made myself. I'm sure there's a way to do this but hey, I'm new and wanted to get this info in asap. Thanks.

I finally figured out how to add my meal in so it would figure up the calories, etc. but I still can't get it to add this "meal" to my add item section. Any help out there?

Thanks. It is a start. I went to the pool today. It was recommended by my physiotherapist that I walk backwards and swim on my back. I was there for 25 minutes. By the end my back was getting a little ...

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
