This mentality can quickly lead to an eating disorder. I used to tell myself this when I believed that certain foods caused fat gain. So glad to be past that myth.
Love your food or risk failure. No quick fixes, this is a lifestyle change. No extremes are needed just consistency.

If this helps you achieve your goals in a healthy manner.. then keep chanting.. you should also add that you can do this and that you need to right food to lose the weight you want..
Look past all negatives and the postive light will shine brighter.
