There are great free recipes on www.skinnytaste.com and on here as well, calories are already calculated for you, so you can find what you want.

search low calorie recipes. I have found some pretty good ones from various sites. I've also found some pretty good ones on Pinterest.

I have done several recipes from skinnytaste and they are all good. I took the crockpot santa fe chicken to a dinner at Church (doubled the recipe) and didn't have any leftovers!

I really enjoy Salsa Chicken. It's easy to make and you only need 3 ingredients!

•8oz Chicken Breast
•1/4 cup Salsa
•1 Tablespoon Greek Yogurt (if desired)

Line a baking dish with tin foil for easy clean up. Then place chicken in the baking dish and pour the salsa over the chicken. Put it in the oven at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 25-30 mins and it's done! Top it off with Greek Yogurt for a scrumptious sour cream taste.

All this is around 300 calories depending on the size of the chicken breast and brand of salsa. Very Happy If you wanted it to bring the calorie count up to 400, add some cheese or other toppings.

Good luck with finding more meal ideas!

Blue Box, I make something similar by searing chicken in a skillet, adding some salsa and cheese, the baking it in the oven until the cheese melts. It's really good with on black beans. It's from "Cook This Not That" and is supposed to be like Margarita Chicken (which is my all time favorite thing from Chili's!).

Breakfasts:
Shaksouka is good (eggs poached or scrambled in a ratatouille-like spicy sauce) and only a couple hundred calories. a couple of corn or rice cakes to replace the flatbread won't add too much to the calorie count.
Veggie and egg scrambles (onions, peppers, tomatoes, and butternut squash baked in the oven until nice and soft and caramelised) then stirred through 3 scrambled eggs. A couple of slices of Turkey Bacon works too, and you can lower the calories by omitting one or two of the egg yolks.

Lunches:
At work I usually have tinned soup or salads. 200 calories of salad is a _ton_ of salad then a few slices of deli meats.
Tinned soups can be great for quick calorie counted meals, vegetable or minestrone tend to work out at 150-200 calories a tin with a couple of rice cakes for texture.

Progresso Light soups are only 200 calories for the whole can! Each can has 2 1 cup servings. Here are the stats for a few: Creamy Potato with bacon and Cheese- per serving - 100 calories, 3grams fat, 18 grams carbs, 6 grams fiber, 2 grams protein. New England Clam Chowder: per serving - 100 calories, 2 grams fat, 18 grams carbs, 4 grams fiber, 3 grams protein. Personally I think they are delish! I also found Progresso High Fiber soup: Chicken Tuscany flavor. 2 servings per can - stats per serving- 130 calories, 3 fat, 20 carbs, 7 fiber, 9 protein. haven't tried it yet but it sure sounds yummy!
I also make a turkey BLT that is only under 350 calories : 2 thin slices of 100% whole wheat bread (60 calories each), 1 tbls lite mayo (45 cal), 1 slice low sodium bacon (40 cal), 1/2 ounce of 2% cheese (1 thin slice 45 cal),2 ounces of deli turkey (60 cal),lettuce and tomato. so so yummy!

Breakfast - greek yogurt, blackberries & raspberries, Bear Naked Maple Pecan Granola. Or Steel cut Oatmeal w/a dash of Ceylon Cinnamon that I make ahead (about 4 days worth) with fruit.

Lunch - my homemade version of Wendy's "Apple, Pecan, Chicken salad with Pomegranate Vinaigrette". Also has spring lettuce & Gorgonzola.

Dinner - chicken, salmon or ground turkey with frozen Pictsweet microwave in the bag vegetables and a 1/2 serving of brown rice, potato or whole grain pasta.

Emergency snacks: Babybel light cheese, low fat string cheese, 5.5 oz V-8 original, homemade Pita Chips & hummus. I always keep these on hand at home and work.

Dessert: Fat free frozen chocolate yogurt or Ghiradelli Soiree dark chocolate.
