Still keeping to my 26" jeans, but they are too tight for comfort. too many tasty things in the US, and over Xmas.

Hi. I am 5.4" and CW: 114lbs and GW:125 lbs I especially want to gain muscle mass all over my upper body as I have a medium sized frame and now all my ribs are showing (front, back and side).
