How many times have you gone to a store and on an impulse bought a magazine because of something on the cover? You can lose 10lbs in 10 day. Simple moves that create fabulous abs! Etc.
Have you taken it home and read what you have boughten it for only to realize that the "diet" sounds rediculious and 3/4 of the food they recommend you can't stand. Or what about those exercise moves that not even a triple jointed person could do.
I know I have done purchased these. And yes and listened to the tiny voice saying to me you now you want to have a body like that model who in reality has been airbrushed to perfection.
So how many others have done this? Did you have success? Or like me found out it was ridiculous?

I'm cheap. I read the article in the checkout line
and they always end up like you said - impossible moves or food you can't stand or my favorite, moves that you've been doing for 2 months already. I just tell myself to keep on plodding. What I'm doing may not be quick, but I am making progress.

i dont just look at the cover and buy a magazine
it really doesnt matter what they are about
i usually open it on the spot and do a quick looktrough
