Sometimes, if you deprive yourself of food too much, you can end up deficient in B vitamins, which can lead to nausea and loss of appetite. The only way out of this is to eat in spite of not being hungry because if you don't it will only get worse from there. I don't know what your diet is, but it's possible you may need more food, and/or some vitamins.

We all worry about eating. As long as you are listening to your body and making good healthy decisions on it things will be fine.
One question tho, have you had your blood sugars checked? What you discribe is something I experienced years ago.
Good luck and take care!

you should see a Dr. Sometimes low blood sugar can be a forerunner of diabetes. If it's treated you can at least forestall that. I wonder if you are used to just kind of ignoring hunger. I don't really understand you "don't feel hungry" but your "body feels hungry", to me they are the same thing lol. Maybe it's more of an appetite thing but I would get it checked out anyway.

What you describe sounds like hypoglycemia to me. I.e. your blood sugar gets too low. Contrary to popular belief it often happens when you eat too much simple carbs and sugar. I looked at your diet calendar for a couple of days and you eat a lot of simple carbs and sugary foods and rather low calories. One of the days i looked at had 75% of calories coming from carbs, and you get at least 50% on most days. That is too high for some people, especially those who try to lose weight. Try to eat more protein and fat, and vegetables. You will feel less shaky and start losing weight faster.
