I just started, trying to incorporate this into clean organic eating. Would love companions if anyone is interested.

Wow, not a lot of activity for posts about JUDDDD. I haven't done it in over a year, but I restarted yesterday.
I only did it for a couple of months in 2011 but it worked like a charm, and I'm going back to it because of that. I use it with low carb eating.

Started Juddd loosely on Sunday, have ordered the book, but won't get it until the 19th Sept, sort of know from the internet what I'm supposed to do. I try to do the low carb thing to as I have a wheat intolerance and it seems the natural way to go, agree that there's not many juddd followers here~good that there are some. Will be great to follow peoples progress and experiences, today is my first strict down day, not feeling hungry, but very on edge. I have 3 socials this week, so my goal is just to maintain and start losing proper next week.

I researched JUDDD briefly, and it sounds interesting. I've often pondered fasting as a health/longevity thing, and if I understand correctly, JUDDD is fasting on alternate days, right?
Seems easy enough to maybe work, as I can easily forego 2 meals a day, when I have elevated activity. The third meal, well, that could be a difficult one.

I’ve been looking into this plan for a couple of days now and am interested in the idea of still being able to eat certain foods without guilt. I have a couple of questions on what to eat on a DD. Can I make my own protein shake and soup? I did HCG last year for 2 weeks which only allowed 500 calories a day and I achieved that by a protein shake and homemade soup every day. Or do I have to consume the store brands for the first 2 weeks? I just ordered the book but it won’t be delivered for another week or so and I would really like to start on 9/1. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I'm thinner today than I was yesterday but not as thin as I will be tomorrow.
One day at a time.

Swollen ankles???
Too much sodium- try reducing that. If it does not resolve, you might see a doctor. Edema can be a sign of heart problems - congestive heart failure.

How often do you weigh yourself? I guess the longer that you wait between weighs would be much more exciting. yay!
