I weigh every day also for the same reasons others mentioned. I ignore minor fluctuations but if scales show a gain of 2 pounds or more, I know I need to make an adjustment.

I'm one of those people who seem to gain weight easily but losing weight is extremely difficult. I was on Atkins Induction for 4 weeks and barely lost 5 lbs. Then I added Raspberry Ketones and White Bean Extract (saw it on the Doctor Oz show) and I began losing weight. If losing weight is hard for you also I would highly recommend trying the supplements mentioned above.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
