I weigh every day also for the same reasons others mentioned. I ignore minor fluctuations but if scales show a gain of 2 pounds or more, I know I need to make an adjustment.

I do the same thing. I also weigh myself the same time every day so I feel I'm getting a more acurate weight. I'm one of those people who seem to gain weight easily but losing weight is extremely difficult. I was on Atkins Induction for 4 weeks and barely lost 5 lbs. Then I added Raspberry Ketones and White Bean Extract (saw it on the Doctor Oz show) and I began losing weight. If losing weight is hard for you also I would highly recommend trying the supplements mentioned above.

Best time for doing exercise, morning or night?
I prefer to exercise in the morning too. Partly because by the time evening rolls around, I'm worn out (two toddlers will do that to you) and partly because I just know me. If I get up at 5:30am, ...
