Hi,I used to be on this site years ago and now I'm back. I am just getting over a bad breakup and now that I am single again I need to get back into shape. Just wanted to say that I appreciate all of your posts. Reading them gets my mind off of my problems...so thanksSmile

Hello finding what works and is sustainable for you is key. Also burning more calories then what we consume is part of the equation too. This journey is a marathon and not a sprint. Good luck
