Awilker - THAT IS FRICKIN' AMAZING! Well done! You're looking great! Smile - and notice how much bigger the smile in the "after" picture is. I can see why!

I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin. I have now quadrupled my strength, gained several kilos in muscle mass, and today I focus on building muscle, optimizing my diet, living healthy and helping people to reach the very same goals. I am stronger, healthier, thinner, happier! If you feel that you need help losing weight, don't hesitate to send me an inbox message.

It's so hard being short because you really can't eat as much as bigger people can, you'll gain sooo much weight! But it's fun losing only a few pounds and having it show. IMO the second "after" picture is cuter because it looks less posed. Very Happy

Update coming soon from me? perhaps.

I have skimmed through posts in this thread. All I can say, is you all are awesome! You all should be extremely proud of your accomplishments.
I too, am finally DOING something about my EXCESSIVE weight. Tired of being fat.
When my journey nears completion, I will post up some before/afters.
Some of the guys here, you just don't look like the same person. Great work.
Ladies, some of you are some real hotties!

As a guy near 40, it's long past time I DO something about my weight. So far I am proud of my progress.

You are all living proof, you CAN make it happen.

OMG I can't believe how great everyone looks! Now I want to get in on the 'fun'. I don't have many full body shots, as I avoid them, but I will try soon for comparison to the final result at goal.

First one is about a year ago, weight around 270-275. Second was 2 weeks ago, approx 230.

clcathylynn - I agree, everyone does look younger in their after photos. It's amazing what the healthier weight does. I never get tired of looking through this thread. It is truly inspirational!!
