Hi Everyone,
I found a low calorie peanut butter that tastes great. It's called PB2. It's powdered and you mix it with water to the consistency you want. 45 calories per serviing. Comes in chocolate also. You can mix it up thick for a spread or thin as sauce. I love it. Julie

It is a great product. I don't like it as a sauce, but love it in protien shakes. Have you tried fresh ground peanuts? It's a good fat so you don't have to feel guilty about using it in place of one of your fat servings. Smile

No, I haven't tried ground peanuts. Thanks for the tip. Julie

I love the P2B! I add it to my oatmeal for an extra boost, but I still eat regular nut butters to get the good fats I need and cut out all the sat and trans fat. If you have an Ingles grocery store near you they have a grinder in there store to make your own nut butter, and the nice thing is there are no other ingredients!
