How can i create my own food.

Hi guys,
I want to ask you how can i create my own food with specific fats, proteins and carbs, because not all food are existing. For example now i'm making my breakfast with wheat germ with 35g of proteins but this product doesn't exist here the closest is with 24g of protein but 10g with my very strict diet is a lot.

Are you drinking enough water? How is your salt consumption? When I crave sweets I drink a glass of water and if still craving I eat a pickle. Usually does the trick. If not I eat a few pieces of fruit.
