Hi guys,
I want to ask you how can i create my own food with specific fats, proteins and carbs, because not all food are existing. For example now i'm making my breakfast with wheat germ with 35g of proteins but this product doesn't exist here the closest is with 24g of protein but 10g with my very strict diet is a lot.
So thank you for the help in advance Wink
Cheers

Click Enter Food --> click add custom food (right-hand side under My Custom Foods).

I'm not on a diet... I'm just learning to make smarter choices
