If you want to make it easy to cut calories..cut out carbs and increase fat..sounds crazy but is the carbs/sugar that keep you hungry for more. eliminate all forms of wheat (including small amounts in processed food0better yet give up all processed food. Does anyone else "trick" themselves on their RDI?
I set my exercise to 24hrs sleeping. that brings down my allowance, but even then i reduced my RDI by a couple of hundred cals to where i feel i can eat enough and still lose.
