If you want to make it easy to cut calories..cut out carbs and increase fat..sounds crazy but is the carbs/sugar that keep you hungry for more. eliminate all forms of wheat (including small amounts in processed food0better yet give up all processed food. This is not nearly as hard as it sounds. when you get hungry you reach for some cheese, or some other creamy fat food such as whipping cream and in a short time 1-2 weeks or sooner you will convert to a fatburner
and your appetite will be friend as your hunger will disappear.
You change from eating junk (packaged food) to real healthy veggies, fat, meat and a little fruit now and then) and it is competely satisfying. No hunger or starvation. Fat is not the enemy.
