Someone help,
I am 7 pounds away from my ideal weight, but i have to undergo radiotherapy for three weeks. All the foods I am supposed to eat are very high calories, and supposedly I will loss weight but obviously not for good reasons. What exactly what am I supposed to do? Any suggestions Rolling Eyes

You need to focus on your health. Make sure you are getting adequate protein and don't worry about the calories until you are done with treatment. Your health is more important at this time.
