I'm on Atkins diet in the first phase: Induction. i'm trying to eat not much more than 20gr. of carbs.

Thing is, now that i'm on vacation i started going to the gym in the morning instead of going after lunch (well, not LITERALLY AFTER, i usually wait like an hour to go to the gym after i ate) but now that i go in the morning my question is what should i have for breakfast to eat and have energy for the gym?? i usually take a coffee but i don't know with what i should take it with.(eggs, bacon and all that makes a weird mix to start the morning, doesn't it?)Confused

-info that might be useful:
***My data:

****I go to the gym and usually doSadthree days a week)
-I start with 10mins of bycicle.
-I continue with 20mins of elliptical. (I go as fast as I can)
-And I finish with 20mins of trademill.
+200 abs and 4 series of 12 squats.

Same here...I eat after. Make sure it's high protein to keep you satisfied.

I eat protein after I work out in the morning. If you feel hungry before, just have a quick piece of cheese or have some hard boiled eggs on hand.
If you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon, and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired.-George W Patton

I eat breakfast before I go to the gym because I don't have time afterwards since I'm at work. My breakfast consists of either a lean ground-beef wrap with lettuce or a bowl of granola cereal with a serving of fruit and a serving of cooked egg whites. That way, my body is fueled to do the workout and it makes it easier to balance the rest of my food over the course of the day.

I eat breakfast b4 going to the gym.
Usually for breakfast I'll have a cheese omelete and 4 sausages.

If i'm going to the gym after breakfast, i'll probably wait until 10 am.

I eat after when I get hungry, but right now I still have fat reserves so no fainting if I'm well hydrated Smile

I usually eat before I work out in the morning so I don't get light-headed. Eggs and bacon if I am doing weights/machines (eggs make me nauseous if I do cardio) or a protein bar before cardio. The key I think is to make sure you aren't eating this RIGHT before you exercise. I'd say a good 30-60 minutes beforehand.
