Basically it's 3 meal replacement shakes (or bars) a day, unlimited fruit and veggies, and 2 meal entrees a day. Add 20 minutes of exercise to what you already do. Drink water. Diet sodas are okay, but my thought is it's fake so try not to.

I already do yoga daily, usually 60-75 minutes, but I sometimes do only 30 minutes which is why it's 7 days a week. I meditate daily...sometimes 5 minutes, sometimes 30. Just until I feel right. Because of the Simple Diet I have added on 20 minutes of cardio on my cycle 5-6 days a week.Cool
Keep in mind my starting weight as of March 2012 was 198! I just didn't want to record it, so depressing......now empowering to know I can lose!

I am sorry but this is absolutely horrid. Even the thought of eating "unlimited" anything would let me know that you will not be eating at a caloric deficit. The meal replacement shakes/bars are pretty much unnecessary, and the 2 "meal entrees" could contain any amount of calories since you didn't specify portions/foods.

Oh, and yes diet sodas are fine; as long as you're not downing 10+ cans a day.

enjoy your new diet's arbitrary restrictions. eating three replacement shakes instead of real food sounds great.
if only it didnt matter what the name of the food was we ate and just the nutritional breakdown and how it fits in a daily diet... oh wait it doesn't

Anyone using the Fitbit Flex or similar devices?
I have a bodymedia fit and love it. It really helps keep you motivated and focused. It does allow you to sync with a heart rate monitor, but I find it has been a good tool regardless.
