I started diet on April 17th 2012. I went slowly into the Atkins Induction stage. Reduced my carb intake massivly (I love spaghettit....ALOT) and that got rid of most of my cravings. After about 3 weeks of Induction, I switched to an organic, clean, lots of fruits and veggies, as low carb as possible, and sugar free style diet. Theres no real structre but not eating carbs for 3 weeks made me learn alot about food!!! Good luck Smile

Sugar free redbull
It's one of those things that people apply the word "moderation" to. Energy drinks aren't really "good" for you. But if you have no heart abnormalities, you count the kJ/cals ...
