I have a question, why is there such a big difference in calories? Which one is the right one?
http://fatsecret.com/calories-nutrition/usda/brown-rice-
(long-grain-cooked)
http://fatsecret.com/calories-nutrition/usda/brown-rice-
(long-grain)
Also, I bought brown rice (long grain) and on the package it says
349 calories for 100g
and
192 calories for
portion
, but the portion is 150g. Also other nutritional info is bigger for 100g. I'm really confused. Please help!

Maybe one refers to the uncook dry rice and the other to cooked rice? The weight would increase due to water absorbtion while the calories would be less per weight.

But then the COOKED one is fewer calories?
