Anyone know if it's possible to change a diet once you have entered it in fatsecret? I would hate to have to start over.

It's pretty easy to change your diet on here. Go to My Fatsecret, My Diet (on the right hand side) and then to change the diet that i'm on on the bottom. Good luck!

Even though fat doesn't count in Atkins, it can cause you to gain or not lose weight if you consume too much. Be careful of over eating this nutrient. ie: cream, cream cheese.
