So im new to this. Im a female. 20 years old. 5'8" and 220 pounds ( college weight
My calorie counter says my RDI is 2300.
and im only at 17% i mean ive always had trouble with weight problems.
Do i just have to eat more? ( havent had dinner yet)
Do i need to exercise more? ( already did a 30 min cardio workout)
Can you tell im a lil confused? lol any help would be greatly appreciated.
