Yep, it's all about motivation. You have to want it - more than anything. More than anything I want to weigh less. I want it more than the cookies, pie, cake, potatoes... Those thing will provide me with immediate satisfaction that is short lived and will keep me from achieving my long term goal. I will not give up my long term goal for a short term satisfaction. I want this that much!!

Ncnole those are inspiring words. You're absolutely right and I love your attitude. A dietian once said to me "nothing tastes as good as thin/fit feels". I need to print that out in a banner and put it on my fridge. Heck, I think I'll get a tattoo!!

RND ROB you did it great but it is rarely applicable for everyone because of less motivation towards workouts we mostly try managing our weight through diet control so it is gonna be a harmful practice ...
