Aha...no food diary. start logging in everything that you eat, then all the diet pros on this forum can direct you on where you are going wrong. there might be something in your calories, nutrients or something.

Hmm... Good question. I think before protein shakes became popular people ate alot of beef, chicken breast, fish, milk & raw eggs? With carbs like steel cut oats & sweet potatoes, etc
