After having great success from january till end of feb (lost 25lbs), off of strictly counting calories. I completely stopped, even though i was having success. Trying not to beat myself up for quitting while having done well. I would be close to my target weight by now. F$#K!!

Stop right there. Let me tell you something. This is in fact my 2nd (or is it 3rd?) time on FatSecret. The first times I had good success with it, lost weight and was doing fine. Then I stopped. I found it tedious, and I simply couldn't be bothered.
Then, later, I took another look - just like you're doing now. Today I am 75 kgs lighter, and I have a whole different life.
Why shouldn't you? It's NOT too late - just get back on track and do what you know works already.

I have done the same thing. I'm with you! I have recommitted today. I just started the
"Chuck Norris, Beach" challenge for myself and if it will help you feel free to join. It will keep me motivated. I have 25 lbs to lose by August! Good luck to you! Never quit!

How many things did you succeed at the FIRST time? I can't think of any for me, personally. The fact that you're back is the success, and you have tons of support behind you!

I've lost the same 35 pounds so many times it's crazy. All you can do is get back on the horse and ride.

Try and try again
My point of view is simple. You need to make the connection between the body, the mind and your own inner spirit. It's easy to say "this is not working" but we need to give it a chance ...
