Hello everyone

I am reading the book "A course in weight loss" by Marianne Williamson. Just wondering if there is anybody else out there who has embarked on this type of journey. I may be interested in starting a group or something for some support. It's a very different type of thing compared to just your standard diet and exercise programs. It causes you to dig really deep and deal with the underlying cause of why we wear the protective layer of fat in our lives. Very challenging inner work but WELL worth it.
