First, I need help finding high protein low fat natural foods.

Second, any recomendations on a good protein powder that isn't insanely expensive and easy to get?

Any other tips on how I can up my protein while avoiding fat would be MUCH appreciated. Surprised

I like designer whey protien. Vitamin Shoppe has it on sale oftern and now that I know the flavors I like I just stock up those times. PB2 is yummy, tuna, egg whites on salad, egg salad made with 2 eggs but only using one yolk and low fat mayo, usual lean meats, greek yogurt... good luck!

Body Fortress has two powders--a regular whey and a whey isolate--that you can get at Walmart/Target for about $14 and $21, respectively. The isolate has less carbs/sugars, but they taste about the same. Chocolate, vanilla, etc. Good to cook with as well--I make low carb waffles with mine.

Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard has very good reviews, Very low fat and it is the best I have found after doing allot of research. I buy it from the Vitamin Shop. It is also low sodium.
Each Scoop =
24g Protein
110-120 Calories depending on Flavor
1g Fat
3g carbs
60mg Sodium

It mixes great with water
