I have been tracking my daily calorie intake for one week now and I have gone over my daily total 5 out of 7 days. Still, I list everything I eat/ drink and it has made me more consciencious of my food choices as well as the size of my portions. Every little thing counts whether it's a grape or even an Omega 3 fish oil gelcap. However, listing everything is helping me realize where I need to cut in order to be within my daily total.
It's becoming easier for me to stay focused on my goal and work towards accomplishing it because I am seeing how I got myself in this mess in the first place. I am now making better choices in my daily diet that will contribute to my success in reaching my goal.
