Hello healthy worldSmileSmile . I had Weight loss surgery(Sleeve) May 9th. started at 280lbs pre-surgery. 255lbs at surgery May 9th. now at 228lbs June 8th. So far so good. No problems. Just started soft foods after 2 weeks of pureed. YUCK! Rolling Eyes will be on soft foods for 2 weeks then advance to regular food. Healthy food is a better way to say itVery Happy . My goal is 185lbs. Hope to hit it in 3-4 monthsQuestion

Hello
Hello finding what works and is sustainable for you is key. Also burning more calories then what we consume is part of the equation too. This journey is a marathon and not a sprint. Good luck
