Where do I go to find out how to use this and what it means? I am getting a % but I'm not sure what it means exactly.

Hi, Your RDI is your Recommended Daily Intake, so that's the total amount of calories you should be consuming in a day.

If you look under the box where you have the % figure you will see your RDI. Yesterday you ate 1335 cals and that was 58% of your allowance which is 2300.

One thing I noted is that your RDI has gone up quite a bit since back in May so have you changed it unintentionally?

as mentioned it is the amount of calories you should consume to achieve your weight loss (or gain) goal based on your activity level.
You should not go over a 1000 deficit daily long term and that is why RDI is useful. So you are probably eating too few calories at present, although I would probably not add regular activities like sitting or driving to the exercise side, since it tends to overestimate the burn.
