I love that this thread keeps being revived! For those of you waiting to share your before & afters, make sure you're still taking pictures even if you don't share them. You'd be amazed how much of a difference just a few pounds can make, especially if you're exercising. According to the scale there's only a difference of 7 lbs between these two pictures but I was down a full size in pants & there was visible reduction in my midsection & even my FOREARMS...weird, lol. Same grey running hoodie in both pics but it fits much looser now.

Kat | NO EXCUSES, JUST RESULTS | Next milestone - 256: 60 lbs lost
2013: still up from 1/1, but coming back down...
2010: 50.4 lbs lost | 2011:17 lbs lost | 2012: 1 lb gained

From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin. I have now quadrupled my strength, gained several kilos in muscle mass, and today I focus on building muscle, optimizing my diet, and living healthy. I am stronger, healthier, thinner, happier!

You look amazing, Lindsay! Such a transformation. And reading that you've maintained for 7 years - you just became my new weight loss idol!

It's a good place to be, as long as you don't think you're done. Ever. Smile I have realized that - the hard way. It's all good though, I like it here. I'm constantly a few kgs over my final goal weight, but it's a good place to be. It seems to be where my body keeps bouncing back to. I guess it means it's happy here?

Well, it's been a while since I've posted on this thread...so here goes.

My start back in December 2011 @ 250lbs

Me now @ 220.7lbs

I think there is a noticeable difference...and I need new pants again (too baggy)

I'm just over half way to my goal...would be nice to hit the goal by the end of August, but I just want to get there...

Later.
