Even a Nutrisystem type diet of pre packaged foods will help you achieve your goals faster than ramen! If I were shopping for you, I would pick out: tons of fresh berries, greek yogurt or eggs, whole wheat bread for breakfast; grilled chicken breast, salad or spinach, a vinaigrette dressing, quinoa and apples for lunch; salmon, brown rice, broccoli for dinner; iced green tea for a beverage and air popped popcorn, celery with peanut butter, snap peas with hummus and almonds for snacks. You will be full, get fiber and protein, eat plenty of nutrients, and lose weight. It is so much easier than depriving yourself all day, taking pills and eating noodles. It is something sustainable that will care for your body your whole life!

80 pounds = the Worlds Largest Ball of Tape 90 pounds = a newborn calf Im in-between these. I have about 15-10 lbs left to lose which will make it just over 100 lbs. lost.
