I know about atkins becasue my mom was on this. I think it's an okay way to go and once you get past the first 14 days, it gets much easier! Make sure to include the "good carbs" from your veggies and dmake sure to drink plenty of water. If ever you feel like straying off course, just remember your "why"...your goal you are trying to accomplish...the reason why you are doing this. Also, it doesn't hurt to write down your goals and post them where you see them everyday. Just stay storng and know that YOU GOT THIS!! Smile

I am also doing Atkins. I am on day 14 of induction and will do it for another 14 days. The first week was the hardest. I am on a roll!

Carbs vs Protein
What is in those fish? I do use cast iron a lot. I also run low on iron, dang low on iron, sodium, and glucose. Mmmmm interesting.
