I know about atkins becasue my mom was on this. I think it's an okay way to go and once you get past the first 14 days, it gets much easier! Make sure to include the "good carbs" from your veggies and dmake sure to drink plenty of water. If ever you feel like straying off course, just remember your "why"...your goal you are trying to accomplish...the reason why you are doing this. Also, it doesn't hurt to write down your goals and post them where you see them everyday. Just stay storng and know that YOU GOT THIS!! Smile

I gave my bars away, I did get those and some coupons, but the little book is handy. I still carry it around as you know my plan doesn't fit Atkins. Though we match on lots of things... it is a handy ...
