I'm looking for a group to keep me motivated. I normally fall off plan after a week. I just turned 60, but I lift weights and run the treadmill several times a week.

I am sure that you are strong willed enough to do it! Just remember the decision to do it or not is just the weight loss battle in your head. I get adkin bars for my weak moments. I also have blue bunny sweet freedom sugar free fudge cycles. Try to keep things in your house for emergency weak moments and remember, drink water, eat every 2-3 hrs and keep the protein up and the carbs down. One thing that I have found with the Atkins diet is that it is to hard for me to keep the carbs under 20 a day. I make my goal under 50-60 a day. I am still losing weight and it is a bit easier. I have gone from 321 to 232 since the first of September with these things I have listed. Good luck and stay strong!

Hello
Hello finding what works and is sustainable for you is key. Also burning more calories then what we consume is part of the equation too. This journey is a marathon and not a sprint. Good luck

Canned whipped cream...just a squirt if you really crave the real deal. Avoid artificial anything.
