There are always some little reason to smile at your reflection in the mirror! Something that you have done that makes you feel good from the inside out! For me it always makes me smile when I see that I have to belt the pants that I once had to squeeze into.
It's a new sometimes difficult thing to do, but truly looking at yourslef and saying three positive things a day! "my hair looks good". "I can see my colllar bones". "I have curves, and that's okay"
So please tell me what has made you smile!!! Smile Smile Smile

Painting my toenails makes me smile! Sounds small and simple, but when I look at my sparkly feet it reminds me that I took the time for myself! And glitter! The top coat over the base color has to have glitter. We humans - women AND men - love shiny things! Keeping my toenails fresh just reminds me to keep my "shine" on!

Not hungry anymore
Eating so little will put your body into starvation mode. And that's not good - long term you could get ill, you need to eat a sensible amount for your weight.
