Hey friends! I know how difficult it is for some people to take control of their lives and start down a path of healthier well being and/or weight loss. It can be especially hard when you are doing it by yourself!! Or when you are surrounded by unsupportive family and friends. .
You should be SO proud of yourselves for taking a step in the right direction!! It is not always an easy road but, as Chuck Norris would say "I've always found that anything worth achieving will always have obstacles in the way and you've got to have that drive and determination to overcome those obstacles on route to whatever it is that you want to accomplish." And let me tell you, NOTHING in the world feels better than looking and feeling your best inside and out!!
And Remember.... THE ONES WHO SAY "YOU CAN'T" OR "YOU WON'T" , ARE USUALLY THE ONES AFRAID THAT YOU WILL.

Ketosis Achieved
Headaches and dizziness are signs that you need more salt. Try having a cup of broth or bouillon morning and night, that's usually enough. The doctors say adaptation to keto takes 2 to 6 weeks.
