Today I feel pretty good. Stepped on the scale today and I've lost 8 lbs, I know that's not much to some people but for me that is a huge step. I was about to give up but now I know this works. Hopefully I will keep up the good work.Smile

Sometimes it just takes some time for the weight to shift.For your body to recognise that this is a change and it needs to work with it.How long have you been doing this? Good luck
