Just joined today - what a great-looking resource! I think I may have exaggerated my exercise level when setting up my account, but can't find a way to change it in the FAQs. Can anyone help please?

To change your activity level status go to My Fatsecret, go to enter food/exercise, click enter food, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page, click on the % of RDI box. Change your activity level on the top of the next page. hope this is what you are looking for. And welcome to Fatsecret.

Legs and Thighs
Have you found the exercise Brazil butt lift? I would like to gain tone but not build heavy, thick looking legs. Is this possible? Also need suggestions for upper body with the same philosophy.
