Well it's been a long and trying day, I was so busy in work that I didnt have time fit lunch in, which was silly I know but I didnt have much of a choice.
I was a little naughty with snacking, had half a small cupcake and a bag of Walkers Baked crisps, but it's my once a week treat.

No reason to worry bout not eating lunch. metabolism is not linked to meal timing or frequency. daily total calories dictate weight gain, loss or maintenance.
Half a small cupcake and a bag of crisps doesnt sound like a lot of calories which could have very easily fit into your daily calorie allotment. the name of the foods you eat has no effect on weight loss, just like frequency.
micronutrients are the major concern with eating "healthy" foods, it has nothing to do with weight so as long as you provide yourself with adequate amounts of protein and fat combined with micronutrients you can eat what ever you want and loss weight as long as you remain in a deficit.

MALBORO: I THINK U R VERY WRONG THERE.....PEOPLE WHO ONLY ONCE A DAY & THE FULL AMPUNT OF THEIR ALLOWANCE WILL SLOW THEIR METABOLISM DOWN.

I eat >3000 kCal over the course of of one hour, and that's my only meal of the day. It's had some serious side effects, the most noticeable is that I'm down from 26% bf to sub-7% bf. I haven't noticed a metabolism slowdown yet, but I'll let you know if I do (hint: my metabolism isn't going to slow down from eating one meal a day.)
PS there's a button between Tab and Shift that you should probably lay off.

Need suggestions on healthy/low-calorie foods.
If you have a blender at home you can make vegetable soup. Trader Joes also has some relatively decent packaged soups. Greek yogurt and smothies are also good options. You can buy some protein powder ...
